VCU Health is moving to a new billing system effective December 4, 2021. You may continue to receive statements from PatientCo or you may receive the new billing statement from Epic MyChart. Statements are dependent upon your date of service.

They feature straightforward billing statements with easy-to-follow summaries and online payment options. We aim for this to be an easy experience for our patients to pay both their hospital and physician bills from VCU Health CMH.
